Five customers at a time will be allowed into the gun room; this policy will be strictly enforced.
Serious buyers only in gun room, please. Absolutely no children will be allowed in the gun room at any time.
We will first allow customers into the gun room in the order in which their names appear on the sign-up sheet.
Each buyer must complete a bill of sale on all firearm purchases.
Should you purchase ammunition, our police officer will escort you to your vehicle to secure your purchase.
Should you purchase a firearm or firearms, the same policy will apply. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.

Checks accepted only with proper identification.
Purchases of $5K or more will require a letter of credit unless otherwise specified by cashier.
Neither guns and ammo nor coins may be removed from the gun room until the merchandise has been paid for

Sealed bids will be collected at the cashier’s desk until noon on items priced $100.00 and up.
Bids will be called between noon and one. (n.b.: Again, the family reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids on the firearms and coins.)
