(From Oklahoma City, take I-35 south to the Lindsay Exit in Norman. Take Lindsay east to McGee, then turn south onto McGee. Follow McGee south to Westbrooke Terrace — it’s just south of Monroe Elementary School. Turn left/east onto Westbrooke Terrace and proceed directly to 1616. House sits on south side of street.)

The sale will include an attractive, Chippendale-style, mahogany game table with two matching, upholstered chairs; many patchwork quilts, including (among others) “Sunbonnet Sue” and “Log Cabin” pattern quilts; a MASSIVE service of sterling flatware in the “Milburn Rose” pattern by Westmorland; four Tiffany sterling julep cups/beakers; a rare Singer 221 Featherweight sewing machine; many vintage comic books from the Sixties and Seventies; a set of Sango china; many Christmas items; women’s clothing galore; two “Jenny Lind” style walnut twin beds; Goebel “Friar Tuck” collectibles (full bee marks on all); an oak lingerie chest; a walnut bedroom suite ca. 1930; a nice selection of books; an RCA flat screen LCD television; a VERY FULL kitchen and garage; a mahogany dining suite ca. 1935-40 (needs some restoration); a Schwinn treadmill; a Sixties Era console stereo; several handsome collographs by a local artist; an electric lift chair; much more.

Neither the sterling flatware and holloware nor the Singer Featherweight will be on site until sale day. Tickets for admission given out starting at 8 a.m. Saturday. (Please knock or ring doorbell for ticket.) Uniformed Cleveland County sheriff on site at all times during sale. Each dealer must submit a photocopy of his or her tax exemption number, else sales tax will be charged. No public restrooms, sorry. No unattended children. Checks accepted with proper identification. Sealed bids collected on items priced $100.00 and above; bids will be “called” after the close of the sale on Saturday. Please park both legally and courteously, as violators may be towed.
