(In The Colonies at Williamsburg, app. one-half block south of Edmond Road and Santa Fe. West side of Santa Fe. Enter gate and turn left, then turn right and proceed to end of block. You may also park in the parking lot to the south of the front of The Colony at Williamsburg. Please do NOT, however, park behind the medical offices in front of The Colony.)
We’ll be open from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at full price; we’ll also collect sealed bids until noon. We’ll close the doors at noon, call bids and then re-open at 12:30 with reductions throughout.

A fine townhouse estate in the heart of west Edmond. The sale will include, but not be limited to: a 1999 Ford Windstar mini-van; 50 pieces of Wallace’s “Stradivari” pattern sterling flatware (1,047 dwt. total); a small service of china in the “Harvest” pattern by Lenox; an artist signed and dated Edgefield pottery vase with exceptional slip decoration; a set of six nesting Nantucket Lightship baskets handcrafted by noted artisan Mary Phillips (set retailed for $4K); a large, antique earthenware churn with an alkaline glaze (likely from one of the Georgia kilns); a finely stitched American quilt dated 1855; a handsome, Chinese-style chest with brass fittings; a pine dining suite in the American Colonial style; a pair of carved ivory figures (Chinese, ca. 1940-50); a Waterford crystal decanter and cordial glasses; a Waterford crystal ashtray; a small blanket chest (contemporary) with Rosemaling-style painting; a Queen Anne-style sofa; a late Victorian oak washstand; a set of hand-crafted Shaker boxes (contemporary); a hide-a-bed with pastel tartan upholstery; several pieces of rustic pine furniture, including a secretary, a writing desk, an entry table and more; an ornately embossed Carnival glass bowl ca. 1910-15; a diamond (.80 ct. Jewelry and sterling not on site until sale day.
Checks accepted only with proper identification.
Each dealer must submit a photocopy of his or her tax exemption permit, else sales tax will be charged.
Outside “sold” signs will not be permitted.
Customers will be obligated to purchase all items
they place on the “sold” table or request to be tagged “sold.”
No unattended children, please. No baby strollers, please.
The sale is in a gated community, so please do not park in or in front of the neighbors’ driveways. Please park legally in the street only, as many of the neighbors have sprinkler systems in place.
Violators may be ticketed and towed.
