Satellite-monitored security system on site.
Jewelry and music box not on site until sale day.
Police officer on site at all times during sale hours.

Because this home is so relatively small,
we may limit access to thirty-five customers at a time
in the first hour or two of each day.
Driveway parking reserved for our police officer,
for those customers picking up large furniture,
and for DROP-OFF for the elderly and infirm.
Otherwise, no customer parking in the driveway,
nor (obviously) in neighbors’ driveways.
Violators shall be ticketed or towed — no exceptions.

Absolutely no parking allowed along Britton Road itself — 
please park in the parking lot of the ballpark across the street,
else along either Lakeshore Drive (first street to the west)
or Northland Road (first street to the east).
Crossing Britton Road on foot? Do so at your own risk —
we can’t be responsible for traffic along Britton Road, nor for jaywalking tickets.
(If you jaywalk across Britton Road, you may be ticketed.)
We suggest parking along Lakeshore Drive or Northland Road
as a first line of defense.
