I was interested in some more information on your process. If items are already boxed are you still interested? Do you clean or do we have to do that? What percentage do you receive for your services? How long does it take to have the sale? Do we get back what is not sold? We would donate anything left.
    Thank you

      Dear Sir or Ma’am:

We could certainly work with items that have already been boxed; however, we would need to have a clear idea of what we’d be selling prior to the signing of a contract.

We clean all merchandise as needed prior to the sale — no need for you to do that.

Our commission can range from 25% to 35% of the gross up to the first $50,000 in sales. (We charged ten percent on cars, trucks, motorcycles, and late model farm implements in good, working order.)

We’re currently booked until 15 November; our average lead time is two to three weeks.

Should we not be able to assist you, we’ll be happy to refer honest, reputable, hard working colleagues.

Per your merchandise remnants question: We strongly recommend the two 501(c)3 charities we work with — Edmond Association for Residential Centers, and also Friends of the Oklahoma City Public Library — but, again, it’s your merchandise to dispose of or keep as you see fit.

Please don’t hesitate to call should you need further assistance — we’ll be happy to provide any assistance needed.

      Best regards,
      Matt McNeil, ISA CAPP

Since I signed up for your e-mails awhile back we have been having a great time. We’ve been getting things for the kids we usually couldn’t afford even tho we usually average about $500 a weekend. The ladies last weekend on Basswood Canyon rd. were a great bunch. Friendly but professional. Thank you.

We look forward to seeing you on Bedford Drive bright and early Friday morning!

      Fondly,
