Will the sterling flatware be sold as a set or by individual piece?

    • Matt McNeil on December 30, 2014 at 3:28 pm

      Dear Sandy:

The flatware will be sold en suite, complete with a large, cherry finish, Pacific Cloth-lined silver chest.

See you this Saturday on Banyan Lane!

      Best regards,

will the items be pre-marked with prices or will some be by bids

    • Matt McNeil on December 31, 2014 at 9:52 am

      Dear Sir:

All items will be marked with their prices on Saturday and Sunday alike.
(In other words, everything will be available for immediate purchase.)

We collect sealed bids on items priced $100.00 and over, but the items remain for sale at full price on the first day.

Bids on items that haven’t sold at full price on Saturday are “called” on Saturday evening.

A bid with us is a legally binding contract.
It must be 60% or greater of the original price.
All bids must be picked up by the close of business Sunday evening.

I hope I’ve been able to satisfactorily answer your questions.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me again as needed.

      Best regards,
      Matt McNeil, ISA CAPP

      Dear Sir:

No, I’m sorry, but that Lladro figure sold this past weekend at Father Bruce Kiyoshi Natsuhara’s estate sale.
