OKLAHOMA CITY ESTATE SALE
Our next sale will be in Lakehurst;
it’s slated for mid-March to late March.
(The hoard is, simply put, INSANE.
We’ll keep you posted, though!)
After that will come a massive estate
that we’ll have moved out of Gaillardia
and into a commercial building in northwest Oklahoma City.
After THAT? Expect a high end estate
that we’ll have moved out of
a gorgeous Spanish Revival mansion in Garfield County
and into the same commercial venue.
In the meantime, as always,
it’s our pleasure to share information with you
about upcoming sales conducted by trusted colleagues.

When and where is the estate sale from Galardia?
Hi, Terry:
We’ll keep you posted if you’re on our e-mail list; however, we don’t reveal addresses, pics, nor other details about our sales until six days prior to each sale. (Watch for your e-mail notice on Sunday night most weekends.)
It’s going to be a heck of a sale, though, and we want to make certain that you receive ample notice about this beautiful and truly gargantuan sale.
We’ll keep you abreast of the sale (now slated for mid-April) as things proceed.
Best regards,
Matt McNeil, ISA CAPP

Guess you sold out @ 6004 Quapah?
I work till 3 tomorrow but live close by if you are still there after 3 tomorrow.
If you don’t answer back I will know you are through with this one..
Hi, Sandy:
That wasn’t our sale; that was a sale by Mike Davis & Greg Rowland (d.b.a. P.E.L., Inc.). We simply posted details about that sale as a professional courtesy.
And no, Mike and Greg are just like I am in that, once a sale’s doors have closed at the designated time and the police officer has gone home, the sale is considered closed. (Some companies linger long after official closing hours; we consider this practice both counter-productive and hazardous. Certainly an ill advised practice, at best.)
Thanks for your inquiry, though.
I hope I didn’t come off as harsh in my response, but, well, once that cop goes home, EVERYONE goes home. Period.
We look forward to seeing you at the Lakehurst sale here in a few weeks.
Best regards,
Matt McNeil, ISA CAPP

We were impressed by your sale on Oak Hollow.
Please add us to your email list. Thanks
Thank you for the kind words, Mr. Campbell.
It was both an honor and a pleasure to work with Dr. Fors and his family.
I’ve done as you asked and added your e-mail address to our e-mail list.
Please don’t hesitate to let us know should you need further assistance, Sir.
Best regards,

We’re working hand over fist to get the Lakehurst sale together for you by mid-March, but the hoard is so massive that — to be honest — we may have to move the date back by a week or two.
Don’t worry, though — we’ll keep you posted via the “Upcoming Sales” page of EdmondEstateSales.com as our grueling work progresses!
