Please state in your ad that the 2004 Chev Trail Blazer has a “clean” title meaning it does not have “salvage” on it. A salvage title means the vehicle has been in a wreck and the insurance company “totaled” the vehicle. If a vehicle has a “salvager title” the owner can only purchase liability insurance and not full coverage.

      Dear Sir:

I will contact my client (i.e., the Trustee of Ms. Giles’ estate) this morning and ask her to scan and e-mail me a copy of the Chevrolet’s title. (I do not have the limited power of attorney required to sign the title over on Tuesday after the sale; however, my Trustee DOES. She, of course, has the Chevrolet’s title in her possession.)

The title is, to the best of my knowledge, perfectly clean. (If you want to check prior to my posting the information you requested, you may also run the VIN — it’s pictured among the preview pics — through your local tag agency, else through Carfax.) To the best of my knowledge, all the Chevrolet’s miles are original. (Again, though, I’ll have the title e-mailed from my client’s office.)

You’ll need to be there first thing on Saturday morning if you want the vehicle, though, as many customers are already interested, and they’ve already promised to line up very early in Lakehurst.

We look forward to seeing you bright and early come Saturday morning, Sir.

      Best regards,
      Matt McNeil, ISA CAPP

Of course it is a clean title. Why would an estate like this have a salvaged title? They wouldn’t!

        • Matt McNeil on January 7, 2018 at 4:07 am

          Exactly. 🙂

I, too, found it a very odd question.

    Has the car sold?

    • Matt McNeil on January 7, 2018 at 4:06 am

Yes, Denise. It sold to a customer who had arrived at 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning — a retired Oklahoma City police officer.

We’re working like dogs to get the warehouse sale ready to go by the first full weekend in February!

  4. Glenda Cotton on January 7, 2018 at 3:00 pm

We purchased the freezer and were told we could pick it up on Monday. Does this still apply?

    • Matt McNeil on January 7, 2018 at 4:38 pm

      Yes, Glenda, it does.

We’ll be at 8024 Rossmore Court from nine a.m. to noon on Monday.
