No purses, shopping bags, hoodies with pockets, nor strollers
will be allowed into this sale,
and all boxes and bags packed at the sale
may be subject to police search. 
(We’ll have two different police officers on site.)
Please bring nothing into the sale venue
except your wallet, keys, and cell phone.
(We’ll allow very small fanny packs,
but these may be subject to police search.)
We suggest that you lock your handbag in your trunk.
Inspect your selections with care
prior to placing them on the sold tables
or on your tickets, as we’ll consider all items
marked either way as SOLD.
No refunds, no exchanges, no warranties.
No exceptions will be made.
Full price Friday and Saturday alike.
Sealed bids (items $100 and up) collected Saturday night.
Reductions commence Sunday and escalate Monday.
WE ACCEPT CASH ONLY
ON SHOWCASE PURCHASES.
(Debit/credit cards accepted
on all other merchandise.)
All purchases must be removed from the premises no later than
Tuesday, 22 May. (Please make arrangements with Matt.
All items not removed by Tuesday? We’ll donate them to charity.)
We’ll have a Port-A-Potty on site for your comfort and convenience.
A line will likely start forming Thursday evening, so dress comfortably
and come prepared to shop.
We do not answer questions
about pricing prior to our sales,
nor do we sell items early.
(No exceptions will be made.)
This venue has been equipped with a monitored security system,
and there will be an armed staff member sleeping on site each evening.
