Saturday, 1 September, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Numbers for orderly admission will be handed out from 8:00 a.m.
Our on site Oklahoma City police officer
will admit customers per the sequential order of their tickets
in increments of 65 at a time until the crowd becomes manageable.
Sunday, 2 September, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Numbers for orderly admission will be handed out from 10:00 a.m.

will admit customers per the sequential order of their tickets
in increments of 65 at a time until the crowd becomes manageable.
Monday, 3 September, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
There will be no numbers on Monday.
On the contrary, customers will be admitted on a “first come, first served” basis.
Cash or debit/credit on general floor purchases.
Cash only on all showcase items, and on all costume jewelry.
(You’ll pay for these items at the showcases themselves.)
Per Oklahoma statute, no sales tax
will be collected on American coins.
The building has been equipped with a satellite-monitored security system.
We never lean precious metals (nor firearms) on site prior to our sales.
Please inspect your selections with care prior to purchase,
as all sales will be absolute and final.
All tax-exempt parties (qualified disabled veterans excluded)
must submit physical copies of their tax numbers for all other purchases,
else Oklahoma City sales tax of 8.625% will be collected.
There will be an Oklahoma City police officer on site throughout the sale.
All purchases must be removed from the premises
no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, 3 September
unless previous arrangements have been made with Matt.
Any remaining items will be donated to charity.
