Oklahoma City police officer on site throughout the sale.
Venue equipped with a monitored security system.
Nighttime security patrol on duty in the Mayfair Village Shopping Center.
Cash only on fine jewelry, coins, and firearms.
All other sales? You must submit a physical copy of your current and valid
tax exemption permit, else we’ll collect the requisite sales tax.
(No exceptions will be made.)
Sealed bids will be collected on items priced $100.00 and up; however,
bids will not be called until the close of business on Saturday.
(Bids must be 60% or more of the original price. All bids are legally binding contracts.
If yours is a winning bid, you will be legally obligated to purchase your bid item at full price.
McNeil Liquidations will pursue in civil court any bidders who renege on their bids.)
Our police officer will usher customers in in increments of 75 at a time
until the crowd dies down. (He will do this using the serially ordered numbers
we’ll hand out each day prior to opening.)
Full price on Friday and on Saturday.
Reductions begin Sunday and escalate Monday.
Each customer will be responsible for his or her own wrapping and hauling.
(Staff not allowed to wrap, haul, nor deliver.
We’ll have plenty of boxes and wrapping paper on site, but may run out at some point.
Please think ahead and bring wrapping supplies if you plan to buy a great many fragile items.)
All purchases must be removed from the premises no later than 16 December,
else they’ll be donated to charity.
(Don’t buy it if you can’t afford to have it moved, please.)
Please inspect your selections with care prior to purchasing them,
as all sales will be absolute and final.
