ESTATE SALE AT THE OKLAHOMA GOVERNOR’S MANSION
Our next sale is slated for the weekend of 10 July.
In the meantime, we’ve posted details about two sales by friends,
including one very special sale here in Oklahoma City.
SALE #1 (Sale by P.E.L.):
INSIDE THE PHILLIPS PAVILION ON THE GROUNDS OF THE MANSION

CLEAN-UP SALE MONDAY, JUNE 28TH, deom 10:00 a.m. to noon
(NO NUMBERS ON MONDAY)
These items have been stored for many years are surplus to the needs of the Mansion.
All funds raised from this public sale will go directly to Friends of the Mansion for the purposes of renovation and preservation.
IMPORTANT!
Parking for the Phillip’s Pavilion is available south of the intersection of NE 23rd and N. Phillips Road. (This is the west end of the Mansion grounds.) Once at the intersection, proceed 350 feet south and you will see the parking lot on the west side. Once parked, proceed to the security gate on the east side of Phillips Road, where you will be directed by Oklahoma State Troopers. Watch for signs!
Payment methods: Cash, approved checks & credit cards on purchases over $50.
Dealers must submit copy of their sales tax exemption permit – no exceptions.
If you plan to buy furniture, please ensure you have your own movers.
Sales staff is not permitted to tote, load, wrap nor haul your purchases.
Purchases need to be removed promptly as the pavilion is reserved for another purpose just two days after the sale.
We regret we are unable to answer questions regarding individual items in the sale prior to sale day.
Please park legally and courteously. Parking rules will be strictly enforced. Violations will likely result in ticketing or towing.

(Sign-up sheet on front porch one hour prior.)
