OKLAHOMA CITY ESTATE SALE

SALE #1 (Sale by McNeil Liquidations):
4932 N. May Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK 73112
Saturday, 1 December, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(Numbers for orderly admission handed out from 8:00 a.m.
We will likely admit 75 customers at a time in increments,
per the order of their ticket numbers.
There will be a long line, so be sure to bundle up.)
Sunday, 2 December, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
(Numbers for orderly admission handed out from 10:00 a.m.
We will likely admit 75 customers at a time in increments,
per the order of their ticket numbers.)
Monday, 3 December, from 9:00 a.m. to noon
(No numbers. “First come, first served.”)
We accept credit and debit cards on most merchandise. (We pay the fees.)
That said, we will (as always) ACCEPT CASH ONLY 
on all coins, fine jewelry, firearms, and costume jewelry.
(You’ll pay for these things directly at the pertinent showcases.)
No more than six customers at a time will be allowed into the comic book area.
You’ll pay for comic books up front, then bring back your paid receipt
to pick up your bagged comic purchases.
(Yes, you may pay for comic purchases by credit/debit card,
but be advised that all sales will — as always — be final and absolute.)
The building is equipped with a monitored security system,
and Matt will be armed and sleeping on site each night until Saturday.
We will have an Oklahoma City police officer on site throughout the sale.
There will be no test drives on the car until 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
(You may, however, opt to waive test drives and simply say, “I’ll take the car”
once the doors open. If you plan to pay in full by cashier’s check or other certified funds,
please contact Matt at 820.2814 to obtain the name of the trust for your check.
A non-refundable cash deposit of $500.00 will be required to hold the vehicle
unless you bring a cashier’s check for $17,500.00 made out to the family trust.)
The car will be priced at $17,500.00.
The buyer will meet the seller at noon on Tuesday the fourth
at Classen Tag Agency to transfer insurance and title.
The buyer will be responsible for tag, title, tax, and insurance transfer.)
Please ignore any price tags you may see in the photos,
as some coin sets and comic books may have had their prices adjusted since photography.
Please inspect your selections with care, as all sales will (as always) be absolute and final.
Please do not touch others’ purchases on the “sold” tables up front.
We will have stanchions in place in front of showcase tables,
and we ask that either respect the queues that form between said stanchions
else leave the sale. (Pushing, shoving, running, and other bad behavior will NOT be tolerated.)
N.b.: A customer left a set of OU Final Four glasses and two Christopher Radko ornaments at the last sale.
Are you that customer? If you are, please bring your paid receipt to claim these items.
