(Again, we’ll hand out numbers one hour prior to opening.)
Monday, 4 December, from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
(No numbers. “First come, first served.”)
Our two on-site police officers?
They’ll usher customers into the home(s)
in increments of twenty-five per side at a time.
(After that, it’ll be “one in, one out” until all have been admitted.)
This Glenbrook home has been equipped with
a state of the art, GPS-monitored security system.
(The Oklahoma City Police Department has also added
extra neighborhood patrols prior to and during
the estate sale, per our client’s request.)
All sales will, as at all our sales, be ABSOLUTE AND FINAL,
so please be certain to inspect your selections prior to purchase.
If you plan on buying the travel trailer, we’ll require
that you place a CASH deposit of $500.00.
The trailer is priced at $7,850.00.
(The cash deposit of $500.00 will be non-refundable,
but will apply to the actual purchase of the trailer.)

Purchases on the west side? They must be paid for on the west side.
